Terms of Service

Hey there! Here’s a spot for me to lay down some baseline rules, for both of us, and tell you a little bit about the process of my art.Rules:1. Do not edit my art. If you’ve bought an adoptable, or any other form of commission from me and would like changes, just let me know! I’d be happy to make them, within reason.2. Do not watermark my art as your own. Generic watermarks, ie, the ones that say “toyhou.se”, or “Deviantart”, are okay. Please do not watermark the pieces I make for you with one that says “yournameart”, or “artbyyourname”.General policies:1. You must be 18+ to commission or purchase NSFW.2. You can upload the art I make for you wherever you like! Just please do give credit.3. I will generally be uploading the commissions I complete for you to my FurAffinity gallery and/or Bluesky page, unless you request otherwise. I have quite the backlog of completed commissions, so if you'd like something uploaded sooner rather than later, feel free to make a request.4. You cannot sell my art as stickers/totebags/etc unless otherwise pre-arranged.5. I am willing to work with you if payment needs to be delayed for some reason or another, but please communicate with me, and let me know that there is a problem.6. I handle will draw/won’t draws on a case-by-case basis. The exceptions are a pretty short list: I will not draw diapers, extreme guro, NSFW cub, or humans.Queue Policies1. You may only take one slot per queue at a time (For example, one blind bag and one flat price at the same time would be fine).2. I allow 2 commissions per slot.3. YCH slots do not follow the above rules.Adopt policies:1. You can make changes to their designs! Just please do it in your own art, and do not edit the ref sheets or images that I make for you.Art Process - Queue:1. My queue has two sections: The public "Queue" section, and the private "Waitlist" section. Commissioners on the Waitlist are slotted into the Queue as slots become available.2. Once the Waitlist is empty, I open up my Commission Form. The best way to get notified when it opens is by grabbing a "Flat Price" or "Blind Bag" role on my Discord server. I will keep the form open for 1 week, at which point I'll close it and choose my preferred commissions, adding them to the Waitlist.3. If you aren't selected for that round of commissions, it's nothing personal, I promise- please feel free to apply again when your preferred queue opens next!Art Process - Drawing:1. For standard commissions, there are generally four watermarked WIPs: Sketch, lines, color, and completion. You can request changes, within reason, at any of these stages.2. Once the art is completed and you've approved it, I'll send you my payment information. Once the payment comes through and I'm able to confirm that it has, I'll send the unwatermarked copy your way- and I'm more than happy to provide copies via email as well, for the highest possible resolution.

Prices range from $50+ for fullbody commissions, and are listed in the chart below.

Blind Bagged Art

For those of you new to my blindbags, welcome! There's a couple simple steps here:1. You give me some form of reference for the character you'd like drawn, and optionally, a prompt.
- Up to 2 characters can be featured in a blind bag
- Explicit NSFW is not allowed, but nudity and suggestive themes are. If you're curious about a prompt, just ask, I won't bite!
- Explicit vore is considered NSFW, but there is some wiggle room.2. I draw that character in a surprise style. No WIPs are given.3. I show you the finished, watermarked art. You can request changes or corrections at this stage.4. You pay: 30 dollars, and then whatever tip you think it deserves!5.
